At the public grand opening of Berkshire Hathaway in Castle Pines this summer, several Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce members and local residents enjoyed food and wine in celebration of the new office. The Berkshire Hathaway story as told by Warren Buffet was played at the gathering.
On video, Buffet explained how this is the first time Berkshire Hathaway has put its iconic name on a company it acquired. The company acquired was Prudential Real Estate.
Berkshire Hathaway plans on cross marketing between many of the companies it owns and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Real Estate. You will see their real estate signs in ads of companies they own from GEICO, Heinz, Helzberg Jewelers, Benjamin Moore Paints, Clayton Homes, and more.
Warren Buffet stated in the video that home ownership is the best investment anyone in America can make. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services’ goal is to be the largest real estate firm in the world.
Broker/Owner Don Bobeda remarked, “The best just got better! When people see the name Berkshire Hathaway Preferred Real Estate on the sign in front of the property they are buying or selling, that tells people they are making a smart investment!”
Members of Berkshire Hathaway Preferred Real Estate are proud that their Castle Pines and Denver offices were selected to be among the first forty franchises in the United States to represent the Berkshire Hathaway brand.
