Bridge Construction Nears Halfway Mark
CPN residents are surviving the construction and replacement of the Castle Pines Parkway Bridge over I-25 with surprisingly few hardships. Nabil Haddad of the Colorado Department of Transportation assures The Connection that construction is moving along on schedule. “The first half of the bridge will be completed within the next two months, and we will continue working year-round, not matter how cold the weather gets,” said Haddad.
Many residents have recently noticed an increase in traffic jams occurring on southbound I-25 from Castle Pines Parkway to Castle Rock. CDOT says that these back-ups are not related to current construction projects on I-25.For more information on the Castle Pines Parkway Bridge construction or to see information on other CPN-vicinity construction projects, click here.
