To the delight of many local food connoisseurs, Tony’s Meats and Specialty Foods opened its fourth location in Douglas County on May 19.
The Littleton-based company moved into the former Castle Creek Market in The Village at Castle Pines. Castle Creek owner Jim King said that although his business had been growing, the traffic wasn’t yet there. Tony’s strong customer base and name recognition should provide more traffic to the area.
Tony Rosacci opened the first Tony’s Market in a former 7-Eleven store on East Dry Creek Road in 1978.
The new store is located at 874 Happy Canyon Road, just a few miles north of The Outlets at Castle Rock.
