The date for the second CC-20 public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners has been changed. The hearing, originally set for December 13, will now be held on Wednesday, December 20, at 9 a.m. at 100 Third Street in Castle Rock.
Zoned for commercial development, CC-20 is the 15.7-acre parcel located on the northwest corner of Monarch Boulevard and Castle Pines Parkway.
