As reported in the December-January issue of The Connection, Lowe’s Home Improvement will be building a new store in the Town of Castle Rock.
According to Gary Kranse from the Town of Castle Rock Development Services Department, plans for construction are still underway. The 117,000 square foot store will be located just to the west of the Outlets at Castle Rock on a 13-acre lot already zoned for commercial development.
Kranse estimates Lowe’s will be breaking ground in May or June, with hopes of opening early next year.
