The new T-Mobile cellular tower is up and functional in the parking lot at The Ridge. The light on the tower was initially met with resistance from members of the community, but the Master Association Design Review Committee worked with all parties involved for an amicable resolution.
T-Mobile is currently working with the Metro District on another tower to be located near Daniel’s Park.
The District generates an estimated $60,000 annually from cellular phone lease income from the flag pole cell tower next to the Community Center. (Source Castle Pines North Metropolitan District 2008 budget).
