Implemented in early 2009, the group disbanded early this year throughout the process of the council revising their committee structure.
The purpose of the Youth Advisory Council is to give teens in our community a voice on issues they are concerned about, and a forum in which to organize events and activities that promote causes they are interested in.
If you are between the ages 13 and 18 and would like to participate in the CP Youth Advisory Council or were a participant on this council previously, please contact City Interim Manager Gary Suiter at e-mail. You will be sent an application form to fill out and return.
