Sixth Annual “Raising Spirits Wine Tasting and Auction”
Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network (ADMHN) will host its Sixth Annual “Raising Spirits Wine Tasting and Auction” on October 21 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Sanctuary Golf Course. Proceeds from the event provide critically needed mental health and substance abuse treatment to low-income, uninsured and underinsured individuals in Arapahoe and Douglas counties.
A hallmark of the fundraiser is its creative mix of experiential auction items to encourage people to try new experiences, learn a new sport or discover live entertainment. Guests enjoy an assortment of domestic and imported wines and a variety of hors d’oeuvres and desserts.
Capping off the evening is a live auction, hosted by auctioneer Tom Wiens. Items include a four-day trip to Sonoma Wine Country complete with wine tours and chauffeur, an hour-long session in the cockpit of a United Airlines flight simulator and a foursome of golf at the beautiful Sanctuary Golf Course.
