Gina Kaelin-Westcott, owner of Connect Selling and a 2010 graduate of the Success Tracks program, has published her first book!

“Creating a Bond Beyond the Handshake” aims to help small business owners build better relationships with clients to increase sales.

In the book, Kaelin-Westcott provides easy to implement techniques to help entrepreneurs attract more clients, obtain a competitive advantage, earn referral business, and build a foundation for trust and credibility.

“Creating a Bond Beyond the Handshake” takes more than 22 years of sales expertise and lays it out in real, no-nonsense terms that readers can immediately start to implement to improve business and client relationships—and have them coming back for more year after year.

Author and certified professional coach Kaelin-Westcott provides 100 Reasons Why Relationships and Value Sell Every Time for any person in sales, regardless if a solo-preneur or working for a Fortune 500 company.

With the support of the Small Business Development Center, Kaelin-Westcott opened Connect Selling in 2009 to provide sales training and sales coaching to entrepreneurs throughout the Denver metro area.  With more than 20 years of sales experience, she serves as a mentor and coach to her clients, helping to improve the sales process while simultaneously developing each individual’s unique skills and abilities.
