Each workshop will last one hour and 15 minutes.

“The conference is a great place for new writers to explore the world of writing and publishing and for experienced writers to be refreshed by innovative workshops and knowledgeable speakers,” said Alice Aldridge-Dennis, director.

Cost is $65 ($40 for military/ $30 for high school & college students). Walks-ins are $80. Registration fee includes workshops, lunch catered by Flying Horse Caterers, and materials.

Registered participants who are published may sell their books in the conference bookstore through prior arrangement.  Any registrant may also pitch to agents or publishers from Word Serve Literary, AKA Literary, or Written World Communications.

The day will end with a “Meet the Faculty” time from 4 to 4:30 p.m. for participants to chat with their favorite authors and have books signed.
