The theme of the Move-a-Thon, “Move and Groove to Support our School,” reflects the active nature of the fundraiser, which features a series of physical activities and games students are sponsored to do.
Event organizers Brandi Tsuchimoto and Colleen Moar have set an ambitious goal of raising $75,000. Funds are used to cover various expenses at the school, including technology in the classrooms, consumable teaching materials, and a librarian.
