Paying attention to details pays off

After spending more than twenty-five years providing managerial, executive secretarial, payroll, human resources, personal assistance, and dozens of other services for a wide variety of corporations, Sapphire Pointe resident Anne Daniel has built an impressive resume based on the simple concept of helping others. Daniel used her experience to form “Attention to Detail,” a business she started in 2006.
Daniel moved from her hometown in Atlanta, Georgia to Colorado in 2002 after vacationing here for years. “My husband’s brother lived in Forest Park in Castle Pines and we fell in love with the area. For me, it was love at first sight!” said Daniel. A subsequent divorce forced Daniel to make the decision to stay in Colorado and find a way to support herself.
“Since I loved Colorado, I knew I was going to stay, but I wasn’t working at the time and knew I had to do something to generate an income quickly,” said Daniel. “Many years ago, I cleaned houses for extra money and I knew it would be instant income, which I needed. I made two phone calls to friends and “Attention to Detail” was born. Within four months, I had the income to get my own apartment, and two years later I moved from my 700-square-foot apartment into my current home in Sapphire Pointe.”
Daniel intended to clean houses until she found other work, but discovered she enjoyed serving others and making a difference in their lives. She expanded her services and the business grew. “I’ve worked my business primarily on my own, but I now find myself seeking assistance to expand the business in the concierge direction. It’s been a challenge finding another business-minded person who has the good old-fashioned, hard-working, customer service work ethic my parents taught me. This is not a ‘sit around and observe the action’ job. You’re moving constantly and I love it – it’s like going to the gym and getting paid!” Daniel said.
Daniel’s Attention to Detail services include housecleaning, personal and business errands, shopping (gifts, groceries, returning items, etc.), organizing, gift wrapping, shipping, and other similar tasks. Daniel said, “The client designs the services that best assist them in making life easier.”
