Solid Life Church finds a new home

Solid Life Church has a new home at Rocky Heights Middle School. Roughly a year after leaving Timber Trail Elementary in Castle Pines for a location in Lone Tree, the church will officially celebrate its new home during regular services on November third.
“We really look forward to being back in the heart of the community,” said Becky Stutzman who is the co-lead pastor at Solid Life with her husband, Russ. “We feel that this location will be better for the families who are a part of our church. We just feel like Rocky Heights is a great fit.”
In addition to the location change, another big change has come to Solid Life. After nearly a decade of being bi-vocational, Pastor Russ has left his job as a district manager for Chuck E. Cheese restaurants and will be working for the church full-time.
“Now Russ can totally focus on the church and the needs of the church,” said Becky. “This is the biggest step of faith we’ve ever taken. It’s been awesome.”
There are some things that won’t change at Solid Life, of course, like the church’s focus on community and authenticity.
“We are excited to offer an opportunity for someone to come through our doors and get to experience God’s love,” said Becky. “We are a group of people working hard to be friendly, genuine and real. We are so excited to be at Rocky Heights. It’s a new season for us.”
Solid Life church meets each Sunday at 10 a.m. at Rocky Heights Middle School. Coffee and pastries are available at 9:30 a.m. prior to services to allow for socializing. Programs for children and teens are offered. For more information about Solid Life Church, visit www.solidlifechurch.com.
