Public school music students from across the county descended on Castle Pines to participate in a benefit aimed at giving more kids a chance at a musical education.  “Save the Music,” which was sponsored by the Castle Pines Arts and Cultural Foundation, raised more than $6,000 toward tuition and instrument maintenance for students in need.

The evening featured food, wine, and of course music.  Elementary school students performed solo and group pieces as part of the evening’s entertainment.

“I really liked it,” said student musician Annabelle Girard.  “It was really fun to do.”
