Renowned speaker Pamela Herrmann talked to her captive audience about customer experience and loyalty.

What is the lifetime value of a loyal customer? Bestselling author and Castle Pines resident Pamela Herrmann posed this question at the most recent installment of the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce Speaker Series. The event, held at the Charles Schwab Campus in Lone Tree, was designed to bring the community together and to strengthen local businesses.
“We want customers to come often, buy more, and tell others about their experience,” said Herrmann. “I talk about gaining customers for life, and I want businesses to start thinking about how to do that.”
Herrmann is a widely-recognized business consultant who delivers presentations to domestic and international groups. Speaking to a hometown audience, though, was something she felt strongly about.
“I live here, I pay property taxes here, and my kids go to school here,” said Herrmann. “I want my home value to be high and part of that is a healthy business community. A [single] business is connected to the other businesses in the community, so what one does affects the others.”
The Speaker Series, hosted quarterly by the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce, is designed to bring community members together around a variety of topics.
