Local Memorial Day weekend events

The public is invited to attend a Memorial Day band concert hosted by the Town of Castle Rock on Sunday, May 24, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the bandstand at Philip S. Miller Library, located at 100 S. Wilcox Street in Castle Rock.
American Legion Post 1187 is inviting the public to participate in two Memorial Day ceremonies on Monday, May 25. The first ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery, located west of I-25 on Wolfensberger Road in Castle Rock. The second ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. at St. Philip in the Field Episcopal Church, located at 397 S. Perry Park Road in Sedalia.
