Since 2010, the residents of Cerney Circle in the KnightsBridge neighborhood have been stringing lights from one house to the next, connecting lights in a symbol of unity during the holidays. April McCaffrey, the resident who came up with the idea after seeing it done in a Castle Rock neighborhood, said, “Cerney Circle is the only complete circle in Castle Pines, so I thought we could make a continuous circle. We had 36 houses link the first year and 46 out of 52 the second.” The tradition continues even with many new neighbors. The goal is to have the whole circle connected for the HOA #2 holiday party sleigh rides, which take a trip around the circle.
