Pino’s Italian Kitchen & Bar is officially open for business in the City of Castle Pines.

New restaurant owner and local resident Joe Sabia stood proudly outside Pino’s Italian Kitchen & Bar (formerly La Dolce Vita) while the finishing touches were completed on the restaurant renovation and signage change.
Sabia, who was featured in the February 2017 issue of The Connection, said he had some big plans for the cozy neighborhood restaurant. In addition to elevating the quality and authenticity of many of the menu ingredients, Sabia has added a variety of new signature dishes and specialty cocktails to the already-popular menu.
