Free yoga on the rocks

Until August 26, Inner Connections Yoga is offering free Yoga in the Park classes every Sunday from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. at the amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park, located at 1375 W Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock. Yogis and yoginis of all ages and levels are welcome to practice yoga in this beautiful, natural setting where you can feel the sunshine on your face and listen to bird songs as you practice your asanas.
