Friends and family enjoyed the MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza VIP pre-opening tasting event on April 27. Guests were greeted by the entire staff who served up a sampling of MidiCi menu items, including a variety of wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, appetizers and house salads. Local owners Kelly and Ron Bumann officially opened the restaurant, which is located in the Promenade at Castle Rock, on Saturday, April 28.
