The sun was shining and the sound of carolers filled the air in The Village at Castle Pines during the “Santa in the Pines” event on December 2. Smiling residents perused the shops and headed toward the sound of Santa’s jolly greetings. Friends and neighbors young and old lined up to tell Mr. and Mrs. Claus their gift requests. In addition to seeing the jolly couple, residents also enjoyed hot chocolate, carriage rides and caroling by the Rock Canyon High School choir.
