In January 2009, A-1 Chipseal acquired the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement. The combination of these two companies further solidifies A-1 Chipseal's strategic initiative to become the leading company for pavement maintenance services in Colorado.

We'll still be operating under the Rocky Mountain Pavement name, however, now we will be able to provide more services to meet your needs including the following construction processes: Chip Seal, Slurry Seal, Cape Seal, Hot Chip Seal, Crack Seal, Infrared Patching, Seal Coating, Asphalt Paving & Patching, Concrete Repairs and a new product that we plan to unveil by mid-summer called REAS. This new product may bridge the gap between seal coating and an overlay.
