The Connection email/e-subscription

The Castle Pines Connection is committed to providing timely and relevant information to the community through our email/e-subscription system.  We respect your time and attention and will limit our correspondence to a maximum of once per month, unless circumstances (often safety related) warrant sending an additional email.


What type of information is communicated through this system?

We send an electronic version of the newspaper, E Guide and community calendar each month, often featuring free tickets to events and a sneak peek before the newspaper is delivered into homes and businesses.

Who receives emails from us?

Our email/e-subscription system is permission based.  If you received an email from us, our records indicate that you have either expressly
shared this address for the purpose of receiving information, or you have an existing relationship with us.

If you believe you have received unwanted or unsolicited email sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to report
for review.

Sharing and usage

We will not share or sell individual personal information or email addresses with anyone for any reason.

Use of web beacons

When we send you emails, web beacons may be included to determine the number of people who open our emails.  When you click on a
link in an email, we may record this individual response to provide us with feedback on what information is valuable to you and what resources
are being most utilized.  Web beacons collect only limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a
description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL).

How can you stop receiving emails from us?

Each email we send contains an easy, automated way for you to stop receiving email from us.  If you wish to
do this, simply follow the SafeUnsubscribe™ or Update Profile links at the end of any email.
