Happy Crew weekly gatherings

After a brief pause for the holiday break, Happy Crew has resumed its weekly meetings at the Happy Crew Coffee House in Lone Tree and is welcoming students from all Douglas County high schools.

Happy Crew is a nonprofit with a mission to destigmatize mental health issues by creating a supportive, inclusive community where everyone knows they matter and belong. Every Monday evening, the coffee house becomes home to Happy Crew’s programs, and teens from around Douglas County come together to enjoy a free meal and discuss meaningful topics such as using powerful versus powerless words, taking ownership of thoughts and feelings, managing stress, having empathy, improving communication, overcoming fears and active listening.
