On March 24, two brothers from The Canyons neighborhood won hockey national championships on the same day in different cities.

Goalie Cooper Robinson (18) was part of the Valor Christian High School team to lead the Screaming Eagles to victory at USA Hockey National Championship, High School Division 1, in Philadelphia (see article above).

Cai Robinson (20), who plays forward / center, helped lead the Helena Bighorns to the North American 3 Hockey League Fraser Cup Championship in St. Louis.

Cai is hoping to continue to play in the Juniors League and Cooper wants to join in the fall. The USA Hockey’s Junior Program is an organization that helps players from ages 16 to 20 continue to excel and improve their skills at hockey.
