BRE to celebrate fifteen years

On Friday, March 16, Buffalo Ridge Elementary will host an anniversary gala to commemorate fifteen years. The adult-only celebration and silent auction will take place at Sanctuary Golf Club.
“The 15th Anniversary is a true milestone for our community. The first kindergarten students at Buffalo Ridge Elementary are now in their 20’s and hopefully making a positive difference in our world,” said BRE Principal Ally Berggren.
The school hopes to collect photos and videos from families who have attended BRE during the years to help create a special ‘look-back’ presentation. Photo and video files can be e-mailed to Lynn Bisesi at lynn.bisesi@dcsdk12.org or dropped-off at the front office. Please include name and phone number for items needing to be returned.
“For me, this is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on how far my first kindergarten class has come as they leave Buffalo Ridge Elementary and venture on to middle school next year,” shares Berggren.
Businesses and former families interested in supporting the fifteenth anniversary gala are invited to contact Jennifer Kruemenauer by e-mail to learn about sponsorship and donation opportunities.
Former families and community supporters are also invited to attend. Advance tickets will be available beginning in February and can be purchased at the school’s front office for $80 per couple or $45 per person. Each ticket includes a drink coupon. Ticket prices will increase to $90 per couple and $50 per person on March 9.
