Douglas County’s graduation rate continues to rise

Data released by the Colorado Department of Education shows that Douglas County School District’s (DCSD) on-time, four-year high school graduation rate for 2025 was 93.6%. To compare to statewide numbers last year, Colorado’s four-year graduation rate was 85.6%. The DCSD graduation rate has steadily improved by almost 13% since 2010, when the rate was 83.1%.

The DCSD class of 2025 earned more than $123 million in scholarships. During the 2024-25 school year, students and parents saved more than $20 million in college expenses through DCSD’s concurrent enrollment partnerships and Advance Placement courses.
