Editor joins leadership program
The Castle Pines Connection would like to congratulate our very own editor, Hollen Wheeler (pictured left), on being accepted into Leadership Douglas County (LDC) 2025-26.
The Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce created LDC to “continue to identify, educate and motivate current and emerging leaders to improve Douglas County through personal and collective commitment.” The two-year commitment involves monthly day-long programming from October to June, covering topics such as education, public safety, open space, emergency services, economic development, social services and community resources.
“I am thrilled to be a part of this prestigious leadership program,” said Hollen. “I look forward to connecting with my fellow colleagues and learning about all that Douglas County has to offer.”
