A starry night for All-Stars

More than 120 members of the All-Stars Club celebrating at their 11th annual prom, “Starry Night.” The participants wore crowns, were introduced and walked down a red carpet.
The All-Stars Club (ASC) recently held its 11th annual prom, “Starry Night,” where 120 members dressed up for a magical evening at Valor Christian High School (Valor). ASC is a nonprofit that provides a space of belonging for those with development disabilities.
The participants wore crowns, were formally introduced and walked down a red carpet. There was a formal dinner, dance floor, three karaoke rooms, a carnival, a beauty and shoeshine room and lots of laughter. Miss Colorado, Miss Colorado Teen USA and a costume crew of superheroes and movie characters were some of the highlights of the event.
“Starry Night is a one-of-a-kind celebration that places our All-Stars at the very center, honoring them as the true kings and queens of the evening,” stated Scott Russomanno, executive director of ASC. “It is a night where joy shines brightest, friendships flourish, and every guest is seen, loved and celebrated.”
Valor students and faculty helped facilitate the event.
