The Food Lab: Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, and cinnamon until the mixture is well incorporated. Spread pretzels in a large roasting pan (16x13x3 inches) and drizzle with oil mixture, tossing well to coat. Bake pretzels for 30 minutes, stirring mixture every 10 minutes to ensure pretzels are coated. Cool pretzels on waxed paper, then store in an airtight container for up to three days.
