On September 10, the Articles of Dissolution for the Castle Pines North Association, Inc. (Master Association) were filed with the Colorado Secretary of State, dissolving the more than 35-year-old community-wide homeowners association (HOA). The remaining funds at the time of dissolution totaled $259,833 and were disbursed to the sub-HOAs that participated in the organization.

Homeowners with questions regarding the dissolution or other HOA related concerns should contact their respective sub-HOAs.

For questions regarding water bills, open space and parks, contact the Castle Pines North Metropolitan District at www.cpnmd.org or call 303-242-3267. For City of Castle Pines questions, visit www.castlepinesco.gov or call 303-242-3267.

The Master Association was the unifying body for the community before the City of Castle Pines was established in 2008.
