Under Construction:

The Peaks at Canyons

The Peaks at Canyons will consist of 70 single-family attached townhomes for rent. The project is a combination of three-plex, four-plex, and five-plex buildings, totaling 18 buildings, along with associated drive aisles, guest parking, sidewalks and landscaping. The individual units will include two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences.

The Album

The Album is a four-story active adult 55+ residential rental community with approximately 7,150 square feet of amenity and lobby space. The project consists of 91 one-bedroom units and 73 two-bedroom units, totaling 164 units with an average size of 980 square feet. A pool courtyard will also be available as an outdoor amenity space. Surface parking will be provided on-site, along with carports and garages.

Richmond Homes Cityscapes

Richmond Homes Cityscapes features 183 single-family residential lots located in the northern portion of The Canyons neighborhood, east of Canyon Forge Drive and south of Pronghorn Park. The project includes two neighborhood areas separated by a dedicated open space. The community will include compact lots and pocket parks with new trails, including a new trail access to Pronghorn Park to the north.

Life Time

Construction on the Life Time facility, located at Castle Pines Parkway and Canyonside Boulevard, continues ahead of schedule. The two-story, more than 102,000-square-foot facility is expected to open later this year and will employ more than 300 workers. The facility will feature pickleball courts, an outdoor pool, a spa, a cafe and more.

7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee

7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee is a 510-square-foot drive-thru only coffee shop (no public seating), located at the southeast corner of Castle Pines Parkway and Debbie Lane. Construction is currently expected to begin this summer.

Foundry Church

Foundry Church is a 6,711-square-foot church facility with parking and landscape enhancements, located on Mira Vista Lane near Elk Ridge Park. Dirt moving and site prep began earlier this year. Construction is anticipated to begin this summer.

Under Review:

QuikTrip

QuikTrip has submitted an application to construct a 6,455-square-foot convenience store building with fuel pumps, parking and landscaping. The proposed site is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Castle Pines Parkway and the realigned S. Havana Street. The application is under staff review and will be considered by the Planning Commission at a future meeting. The Planning Commission will provide a recommendation to City Council, which will make the final decision.

AdventHealth Medical Office

AdventHealth has submitted an application to construct a new medical office building at the southern portion of the intersection of Castle Pines Parkway and Canyon Forge Drive in The Canyons neighborhood. The medical office building is proposed to have two stories, with the first floor dedicated to a future emergency department or urgent care facility, and the second floor functioning as a clinical space. The application is under staff review and will be considered by the Planning Commission at a future meeting.
