Become a volunteer at the Buddy Center! During the open house, pet lovers can learn more about Buddy Center volunteer opportunities, tour the shelter, meet current volunteers, watch cat clicker-training demonstrations and interact with ambassador dogs. Cocktails and appetizers will be provided.
Volunteer opportunities range from providing direct care for cats, dogs and other small pets to administrative tasks that support mission-related programs and services. Available positions include providing care and enrichment for the pets, dog walking, clicker training cats, assisting with adoptions, photographing adoptable pets, copy writing, working in humane education or serving as a clerical assistant.
