Mail ballot election approaches

In November, Douglas County voters will cast their votes in a coordinated election, which will include a vote for Castle Pines city council members and other municipal and county-wide issues. As of press time, ballot language and issues had not been finalized.
The all-mail election culminates on Election Day, Tuesday, November 1. Ballots must be in the Elections Office (not simply postmarked) by 7 p.m. on Election Day.

Election Dates to Remember:
October 3: Last day to register to vote
October 11: Ballot Mail Drop
October 24 – November 1 (Excluding Sunday, October 30): Service centers open
November 1: Election Day – ballots must be received before 7 p.m.
