New Resident Welcome Party
On April 23, The Castle Pines Connection––in conjunction with the City of Castle Pines and the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce––hosted the twice-yearly New Resident Welcome Party at The Ridge at Castle Pines.
More than 40 new residents and families gathered to learn about the city, the business community and chamber, and their local newspaper, all while enjoying complimentary drinks and refreshments with fellow new neighbors.
A few lucky attendees won prizes for things like who moved in most recently (less than a week ago), who has been married the longest (38 years), who moved from the furthest away (South Carolina) and who moved to Castle Pines not knowing anyone or having family here.
Special thanks to local businesses Castle Pines Cleaners, Duke’s Steakhouse and Ziggi’s Coffee for contributing prizes. The evening culminated with a drawing in which one lucky resident received the makings for tasty margaritas, courtesy of Castle Pines North Wine & Spirits.
