Super Saturday for BRE on October 1
The Rock Slide is back at Buffalo Ridge Elementary (BRE)! This 5K and 1-mile family fun run/walk is planned for Saturday, October 1, beginning at 9 a.m. Come out and support the school by cheering for students as they race around the Castle Pines neighborhood. Be on the lookout and help keep participants safe during the race. Runners and walkers will be trekking down the following streets:
1-mile loop: Campden Place / Shoreham Drive / Keech Way / Monarch Boulevard / Tenby Way / Campden Place.
5K loop: Campden Place / Shoreham Drive / Claire Drive / Yorkshire Drive / Monarch Blvd. / Shoreham Circle / Monarch Boulevard / Oxford Drive / Brixham Circle / Oxford Drive / Shoreham Drive / Campden Place.
After the race, stop by the school and enjoy a waffle breakfast, courtesy of The Waffle Brothers. The cost is just $10 per person at the door.
Last but not least, the BRE Fall Book Fair will be underway in the gym, so be sure to check out the assortment of books for all ages. Buffalo Ridge Elementary School is located at 7075 N. Shoreham Drive in Castle Pines.
