Ken McConnellogue

Ken McConnellogue has called Colorado home for more than five decades. After graduating from Bear Creek High School in Lakewood and working as a carpenter, bartender, house painter and juggler, he earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from CU Boulder. Early in his career he was a reporter for the Fort Collins Coloradoan and later, The Greeley Tribune. He had a long career in public higher education communications at the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Colorado. He has been a freelance writer, a magazine editor and a commentator for a National Public Radio affiliate.
Rachel Morris

Rachel Morris hails from Ohio and earned a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Mount Union. After working as a newspaper reporter and later a copywriter, she began assisting individuals with differing abilities in their homes. Rachel then moved to California where she worked as a senior underwriter until she became a stay-at-home mom and home educator. Rachel and her family later relocated to New York City. After several years of the excitement of Manhattan, they headed west again, settling in The Canyons in 2021. Rachel enjoys the Colorado lifestyle with her husband and two sons and continues to work as a home educator. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, tennis and yoga.
