5th Annual Tri The Rock
Registration for the fifth annual kids triathlon, Tri the Rock is currently underway. The race, designed to benefit youth health and fitness, will take place on May 23 at Butterfield Park in Castle Rock.
A USA triathlon sanctioned event, Tri the Rock is open to all kids ages five through 14. Cost is $35 for registration prior to May 17 and after is $40 until May 22. No registrations will be accepted on race day.
All participants will receive a t-shirt, goodie bag and lunch. All non USA Triathlon members will have to purchase a membership for an additional $5.
For every entry $10 will go to the physical education department of the participant’s school. Additional proceeds will benefit youth athletics in the Town of Castle Rock.
