Park Meadows celebrates 30 years
Park Meadows celebrated its 30th anniversary on August 29 by welcoming customers and community partners to its Birthday Bash in the Vistas on the west side of “Colorado’s Only Retail Resort.”
The afternoon and early evening event featured plenty of activities for families and guests, including face painting, music, a roaming magician and signature anniversary cocktails. The birds of prey demonstrations (featuring owls, hawks and a bald eagle) presented by Hawkquest was particularly popular.
A brief but intense summer squall sent revelers scurrying for cover early in the evening but it did not dampen the mood and festivities soon resumed. Event organizers estimated that some 2,000 guests attended. Park Meadows Senior General Manager Josh Weber said it was a treat to celebrate 30 years of memories and moments and said he and his team are looking forward to the next 30.
