The “Bin Babes”

The “Bin Babes” came together in July at Douglas County Libraries – Castle Pines to assemble 50 backpacks for There With Care, a nonprofit organization that provides thoughtful and fundamental services to families and children during the critical phase of a medical crisis.

This is the sixth year Bin Blessed has reached out to help parents who are already under financial and emotional stress caring for their sick child by supplying school-ready backpacks for other children in the home.

“It is a joy to give them much needed relief by shopping for their other children’s school needs,” stated Bin Blessed founder Cy DeBoer. “We have ‘Bin Blessed’ by so many generous hearts living right in Castle Pines,” she continued. There were many others who donated, but those pictured below are the ladies who participated in the assembly line.
