Local realtor and Hidden Pointe resident Shari Peck is once again collecting coats for a good cause.
“It it is something I have done the last two years,” stated Peck. “I feel it is important to give back to the community, and it is what I love doing most.” Previously Peck did an annual food drive, but learned that winter coats were in high demand.
All the coats Peck collects are donated to Integrated Family Community Services, an organization that provides basic human services and enrichment programs to low-income individuals, using community resources. Peck had a drop-off in front of her house and she collected more than 200 coats, providing goodies for those that donated.
Anyone interested in donating can reach out to Peck and she will arrange to pick up the coats and take them to the clothing bank. She can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 720-595-6048.
