For the first time in years, a significant number of new homes will soon be available for purchase in Castle Pines. Taylor Morrison, which was named “Builder of the Year” by Builder magazine, plans to break ground this month on a new subdivision consisting of 52 homes in Castle Pines Village.

“We’re really excited about coming to Castle Pines,” said Brian Cartwright, vice president of sales and marketing. “The architect on the project is Mike Woodley, a renowned architect who has designed these homes to fit in with the Village’s European Mountain style.”

Homes in the new development will range in size from 2,500 – 3,500 square feet with two ranch plans and four two-story plans. Each home will have three different exterior elevations available, and future homeowners will choose from a wide variety of design features to give each home a unique style and character. Finished basement options will also be offered.

Taylor Morrison plans to begin construction on a model home and the first phase of houses in mid-July with a grand opening of the development sometime in late September.

“There will be opportunities for home buyers to be in their new house by the Christmas holidays,” said Cartwright. “We’re really looking forward to being a part of the Village and feel our style and design will fit in well with the surroundings.”
