Skating with The Mile High Mayhem, Casey Kiefer, who lives in Tapadero, competed in the Junior Olympics and brought home a Silver medal in the 14U division. Casey and his teammates traveled to St. Louis, MO in July to face-off against some of the United State’s best In-line Hockey teams. The team, consisting of teens from Castle Rock and the Denver Metro area, made it all the way to the Championship round before losing to the New Jersey Panthers. Casey is a sophomore at Rock Canyon High School.
