Earl Millspaugh memorial bench

Friends gathered for the unveiling of the Earl Millspaugh memorial bench, located in the new Xeriscape area on the east side of Monarch Boulevard just north of Castle Pines Parkway. The memorial bench was made possible by donations from friends, family and the Castle Pines North Master Association.

“Chad [our son] and I are much honored that Earl is remembered in this way. Earl loved this community and being involved. He was the first homeowner on the Board of Directors for BristleCone Patio Home. He continued in this position as well as being on the election committee for the city and president of the Master Association, among many other volunteer efforts,” reported Millspaugh’s wife, Joan. “I met a young boy of about 10 years old last night at a neighborhood barbeque. The young boy had seen the bench with his parents and told them that this man must have been special to get his name on a bench. He was.” – Joan Millspaugh
