The brokerage firm representing Colorado’s most celebrated golf community, Castle Pines Village Properties, is joining forces with the area’s most prestigious real estate firm, Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty to provide a new level of service to prospective clients in the luxury home market in Colorado.
The new entity, called Fuller Castle Pines Sotheby’s International Realty, will have an exclusive brokerage agreement that markets Castle Pines Village’s impressive catalogue of new homes and home sites as well as something tastefully representing extensive resale inventory.
This partnership adds more than $30 million of new home inventory to the Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty brand, which carries a large market of home sales in all of Denver’s premier neighborhoods.
