Making a social impact one pair of socks at a time

Socks are the number one clothing need with those experiencing homelessness. The Sock it to ‘Em Sock campaign lives by the motto, “We’re making a social impact one pair of socks at a time.” The organization aims to put new socks on the feet of men, women and children experiencing homelessness. American Academy made an impact by gathering sock donations one at a time. In the end, the grand total was 4,800 pairs of new socks to help the homeless population in the Denver metro area.
