Castle Pines residents are in for a treat as a new restaurant is moving into The Village at Castle Pines.  Danielle’s is owned by father and son team Danny and Vinny Pisarra, and is sure to become a local favorite.

The restaurant, which held a soft opening in September, is looking forward to its grand opening this month.  The dinner menu is well rounded, featuring a selection of seafood, steak, burgers, salads and Italian items.  The appetizer menu is also excellent with favorites like calamari, wings, and chicken tenders, and specialty Italian items like tomato caprese, and sausage and peppers.  An added bonus is that the restaurant will be open for lunch and will serve a wonderful selection of sandwiches, burgers and salads.

Danny Pisarra moved his family to Colorado from New York in 1990.  He has numerous years in the restaurant business having owned several delis and restaurants, including Carmine’s in Lone Tree, which he eventually sold to his older son.  Son Vinny has a good deal of experience in restaurant service and management and is excited to be the face of the new restaurant.   “We care about our customers and service in a genuine way,” remarked Vinny.  “I’m a perfectionist and want nothing but the absolute best.”

Danielle’s is named for Danny’s daughter and Vinny’s sister.  Vinny explained, “My sister is the sweetest person you will meet in the whole world!  She really represents the feeling of this restaurant and the menu; there is a feminine touch to everything.”

The Pisarras are thrilled to be working with an excellent chef who recently moved here from Las Vegas.  Chef Dennis Gonzalez worked at Rao’s in New York and worked with both Bobby Flay and Mario Batali in Las Vegas.  Danny remarked, “We will be featuring weekly specials so our chef can show off his creativity.”

The Pisarras recognize that this community is looking for excellent food and customer service at reasonable prices.  Watch for discounted drink and food specials and an excellent happy hour menu.  “We use only top end cuts and everything is extremely fresh,” explained Vinny.  “The restaurant will offer an elevated classic style at prices that make sense for the whole family.”

Danielle’s is open for lunch Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and is located at 872 W. Happy Canyon Road in The Village at Castle Pines.
