A Shell gas station that previously occupied the southeast corner of Castle Pines Parkway and Village Square Drive will reopen as a new generation 7-Eleven, with a deli area and kombucha on draft. Discussions with the City of Castle Pines for building renovations on the independently-owned gas station and convenience store began last May, but the project was delayed due to COVID-19. The former tenant was a Circle K convenience store combined with a Taco Bell and Shell gas pumps. It’s unclear when the new 7-Eleven convenience store and gas station will open.
