Plan for Lagae Ranch

Developer Chris Fellows (above) of HF Holdings, LLC, presented his plan for Lagae Ranch to CPN residents in late October. The vote to incorporate CPN will expedite this development and secure future tap fee revenue for renewable water. The development will bring approximately 230 single-family-detached homes as well as several multi-family units. Also included in the plan are several “civic” uses including ball fields, several churches and a site for American Academy Charter School.
