A red fox (pictured above) stops in the open space near Buffalo Ridge Elementary in CPN. Red fox are spotted frequently throughout CPN. According to the Colorado Division of Wildlife, red fox are not pets and should not be fed, approached, harassed or captured. Residents are encouraged to keep lids secure on garbage cans, pick up under fruit trees and make sure not to feed these cute little guys. To learn more about co-existing with wildlife, visit
